AUCTION THROUGH TENDER.

                     Sealed quotations are invited for disposal of a Jeep No. MZV 9435 of Mahindra & Mahindra make of a Petrol model of September 1988 on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” alongwith a bank draft of Rs.5000/- as earnest money payable to the Administrative Officer, Central Excise Division Bhandara. The quotations should be addressed to Smt. Pritee Chaudhary, Assistant Commissioner, Central Excise, Petkar’s House, Sant Tukadoji Ward, NearS.P.Office,Bhandara, and shall  be received latest by 18.00 hrs of 30^th August, 2010.

                     The article will be available for inspection on any working day between 11.30 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. in the office of the Asstt. Commr. Customs & Central Excise, Petkar’s Building, Sant Tukadoji Ward, Bhandara,

                     Other conditions shall be available in the office of the Astt.Commr.C.Ex.Division Bhandara.

                      This department reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons. Delivery of the article will be allowed against deposit of cash in full within a week from the date of auction, failing which earnest money shall stand forfeited.
