NOTICE INVITING TENDER

                Office of the Commissioner of Customs & Central Excise, Nagpur intends to enter into yearly contract for purchase of stationary.  The yearly requirement for this office is estimated to worth Rs. 6 to 7 lakhs.  Interested parties are requested to submit their quotations in sealed covers on the above mentioned address within ten days  with following conditions:

1.      The suppliers must submit a sample of each item of supply before tenders are opened.

2.      Tender will be accepted if samples meet the quality specifications.

3.      The samples will be kept by the department to ensure that items supplied are of approved quality.

4.      The selected party will have to supply the below mentioned items as and when required by this office without any delay.

5.      The payment will be made as per availability of Funds.

6.      The tenders received after due date will not be considered.

7.      The department reserves  the rights to cancel any of the quotations.
