17. To take the print out of the filled in form the User should click the “PRINT” button. Please remember that you would be required to submit this printout of the form to the iCERT RA and its Verification team.

18. To Select the Regional RA/Verification Team location the user should click the “SUBMIT” button

19. To complete the enrolment process, the Subscriber must select the Jurisdictional RA/Verification Team as shown below. For example, if you are applying on behalf of your company whose office is at Connaught Place, New Delhi then you need to Select “Delhi” as the Jurisdictional RA and “Delhi-I” Central Excise Commissionerate as your Verification Team. In case you are uncertain about the RA or the Verification Team’s jurisdiction then you can view the geographical jurisdictions by accessing the relevant pages under the two sub-menus- “Jurisdiction RA” and “Verification Teams” under the “Repository” menu.

You
would now come to the final enrolment page called the CSR page. Fill in the
relevant Subscriber details. This is an important
Step for the generation of Certificate Signing Request over the web application.
Your key pair would be generated on this page and the information submitted here
will be displayed on your certificate. Please ensure that you use the same
e-mail address, identical PC and the identical Browser to retrieve your
certificate later on.
22. After pressing the submit button the application would generate the Request ID. Please note it down for reference. You are not required to send a copy of this web page to the RA but would be only required to mention in your application.

23. Send the duly filled print-out of your application along with copy of required documents to the Verification Team at the address of your jurisdictional Central Excise Commissionerate’s Head Quarter office.
24. A complete set of Application along with enclosures and prescribed fees, if any, should also be sent at the jurisdictional Registration Authority.
25. On completion of previous stage the Subscriber will get the email regarding completion of enrolment process.
26. The Subscriber would be further instructed about the subsequent procedure and must remember the Request ID generated at the time of web subscription for further enquiry

27. The subscriber should also contact his jurisdictional Central Excise Office and finalize a date of visit for the Central Excise Verification Team.
28. After completion of the verification process, the Subscriber is advised to check its email regularly as the certificate link shall be mailed to Subscriber only through Email address given by the Subscriber at the time of enrolment.
29. In case of any up-gradation of Subscriber PC/Browser or in case of hard disk crash, the Subscriber is advised to immediately contact his respective RA as the private key stored in that particular browser might have been lost. In such cases, the Subscriber is advised to file a new CSR by opening the following URL in the Netscape browser: https://www.icert.gov.in/PgPublicCSRLogin.jsp

completion of the process the Subscriber would receives a mail on approval.
Click on the received URL to get your certificate.
31. Importing / Retrieving the certificate:
Before
importing the certificate, the Subscriber shall check the particulars and if he
found any irregularity, the same shall be informed to the iCERT CA by e-mail
immediately. In case of discrepancy, the RA should revoke the certificate
and allow the subscriber to file a fresh CSR with correct details.

Clicking
on import button will automatically import the Subscriber certificate.
